
My name is Megan, and I am the Educational Curriculum Writer for The Mindful Edge. I graduated with my Honours BA in English, I am starting teachers college this year, and I work in the field of education! As an educator, I believe in the importance of setting students up with skills that support their mental health. I’m excited to contribute to developing a curriculum designed to help students build self-regulation and self-awareness skills through mindfulness. I enjoy practicing mindfulness through self-care, spending time in nature, journalling, and meditation.
