Seated in a comfortable position, take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, listening to the sound of the bell.
Allow time for brief pause - asking Reflection Questions rhetorically;
What did you notice?
How did the sound of the bell make you feel?
Ring the bell again, taking 3 long, slow breaths, deep into the belly as you listen and connect to the sound of the bell. When you can no longer hear the reverberations, take a big stretch.

What did you notice anything different this time around?
How did the sound make you feel as you listened to it disappear?
Did you feel any sensations in your body?
Have students answer the numbered reflection questions in a notebook (Individual reflection) or within a class discussion (Group reflection).
