Think of one word for how your body feels right now. If more than one word comes to mind that is okay too. Is your body tense or tight, relaxed or loose? Is there a particular area where you are noticing a strong sensation? Take note of the word or words you thought of when focusing on how your body feels in this moment.

start (21)

Now, think of one or more words to describe how your mind is feeling right now. Is it peaceful or calm, frustrated or anxious? Is there a place in your body where this emotion or mood is manifesting?

start (22)

Open your eyes if you have them closed and engage in our practice’s reflection questions.
